As numerous as processes in an enterprise are the approaches to analyse them. To steer the project, I am using the DMAIC model, known from the Six Sigma methodology.

This model offers us the framework to approach the due steps in a structured and systematic manner. Tools that will be applied have to be selected specifically for the task to be resolved. As a rule, we will map the existing process with your employees in a workshop, measure and analyse its performance in reality and then develop, implement and control improvements.

Crucial in this process is the definition phase, we will hence determine and agree the project content thoroughly.
