Product Development turns out to be a highly complex process, reaching far beyond pure design engineering. Early involvement of customers and suppliers as well as internal functions like sales, production or logistics is key to achieve competitive advantages.
Globally operating customers ask for global answers from suppliers. Jointly accepted standards like IATF 16949, Automotive Spice or ISO 26262 build the foundation of a common understanding of approaches and requirements.
Based on experience and competence gained in a long engagement in product development in the automotive supply industry I am prepared to support you in your projects. Cooperation with global customers is very familiar to me.
