Get to know me…
During my professional life I could gather experience in multiple areas providing a sound basis for our projects. After my studies of mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany, I worked for 24 years as an employee at automotive suppliers and in whole sale before I decided to provide my know-how as an independent consultant to other companies.
Having started as a design engineer I later got the opportunity to work as a system engineer. In Human Resources, where I spent 7 years, I could gain experience exceptional for an engineer. For 14 years, I was in different leadership roles, initially as a team leader, but also as HR director and as Chief Engineer for a significant product development team.
The international environment always attended me – with customers, colleagues and reports from multiple countries and continents. My qualification is completed by further education as a trainer and coach, in the field of Six Sigma and my language skills (English, German, French, Danish, Dutch, Italian) that I use frequently.
As a part of an international network of consultants, trainers, engineers and coaches I can propose tailored solutions even for comprehensive tasks.
