Improvements of processes in an organisation cannot be traced before they are mapped, transparent and measurable. This is not a revolution in each case but many times profound changes are required.
It is essential not to define processes in a technocratic manner in order to file them, but to involve people in the design in order to live them. Using widely recognised tools out of Six Sigma and Lean, your employees and I will develop sustainable comprehensible processes.
Aside of business process development I maintain a special focus on the improvement of Product Development processes.
